Demolished carriages to rear to create two new contemporary mews houses and constructed basement and added new top floor to create six flats to front building with architects designed gardens and terraces.
Constructed a new fourth storey and converted the existing office building into 5no two-bedroom apartments using materials to create a seamless transition to great quality residential living.
To demolish existing garages and construct five new two bedroom flats with terraces in the 1930’s external architectural style. The internals were carried out to a contemporary finish.
